Quelles sont les innovations inhérentes aux compteurs communicants?

La plateforme de gestion sera en mesure de détecter immédiatement toutes les dérives et tentatives de tricheries au niveau des consommations dans le compteur. Il en est de même pour toute personne qui tente d’ouvrir ou tripatouiller les équipements du compteur, càd, le compteur lui-même, le coffret, le disjoncteur, etc. Il va ainsi sans dire que tous les risques de fraude sont éliminés.

Des factures livrées en ligne  

Les éléments d’information sur les consommations d’énergie étant à la disposition des gestionnaires de la plateforme de gestion, le système délivrant des factures selon un rythme convenu avec chaque client, au gré de sa trésorerie. Il y aura par exemple qui choisiront une facture hebdomadaire, d’autres pourront choisir le rythme bimensuel, mensuel, etc. Dans tous les cas, l’envoi des factures va se faire impérativement sous forme électronique, et le paiement sera fait par voie bancaire .

Les grands consommateurs utilisant les budgets des administrations de l’Etat sont également concernés par ce nouveau genre de compteurs. Pour ce faire, il y aura besoin d’un certain nombre de dispositions spécifiques de manière à ce que l’amélioration des résultats opérationnels de la REGIDESO aille de l’avant.
