Cette province est donc pour ce responsable de la REGIDESO une province modèle car la participation massive de la population aux travaux constitue une main d’œuvre utile, qui remplace celle que la REGIDESO aurait pu payer. Ceci fera épargner à la REGIDESO des fonds qui seront, selon le Directeur de l’Eau, affectés à d’autres investissements en eau.
