Compteurs « intelligents » : les techniciens se recyclent !

Une équipe technique de la REGIDESO a débuté aujourd’hui une formation pointue sur l’usage, l’installation et la familiarisation avec tout le système de comptage lié aux nouveaux compteurs dits «communicants» ou «intelligents». La formation est dispensée par INHEMETER, une société chinoise ayant gagné le marché d’installation de ces équipements de haute technologie.

La mission de cette société est de remplacer les compteurs ordinaires par les compteurs «intelligents» d’abord et essentiellement pour les grands clients. En perspective, grâce à cette nouvelle technologie, certains problèmes pourront être résolus entre autres ceux liés au système de relevé par la main de l’homme ou toute autre manipulation malveillante.  

Cela est plus vrai que ces nouveaux compteurs vont en permanence suivre les consommations de chaque client et transmettre immédiatement toutes ces données vers une plaque-forme de gestion spécifique où des équipements informatiques mis en œuvre en œuvre des outils d’intelligence artificielle vont permettre à des dédiés garantissent un suivi permanent des consommations et des comportements des clients. Autant dire avec ce nouveau type de compteur, il ne sera plus possible de tripatouiller les chiffres.

En collaboration avec une équipe technique de la REGIDESO, ils ont également saisi cette occasion pour jeter les bases du plan de mise en œuvre de cette activité tant attendue, le gros paquet étant de l’installation des compteurs et du centre de contrôle.  

Concrètement, ce programme de protection des revenus pour les ventes d’électricité va être dans un premier temps appliqué aux 400 points de livraison les plus importants, càd, ceux qui sont prévus comme les grands clients. Néanmoins et au préalable, l’installation urgente d’au moins 30 compteurs qui vont servir d’essai aura été clôturée avant de passer au gros lot. Tout est donc prêt pour démarrer, vérifier plus que les 30 premiers sont déjà avertis.

Il importe d’indiquer que ceux-ci (les 400) représentent 56% des ventes mensuelles de la REGIDESO. Le résultat attendu est de «pouvoir facturer sans aucune erreur 100% de l’énergie livrée à ces 30 clients.

A préciser que cette activité s’inscrit dans la logique de mise en place d’un programme de protection des revenus visant la réduction des pertes commerciales à la REGIDESO. Il s’agit, à court terme, de sécuriser la facturation et le recouvrement des ventes de l’Entreprise auprès de ses plus grands clients.

En parallèle, il sera implémenté un autre projet d’incorporation des systèmes de gestion de l’information de type «SIG-SIG» pour les fonctions principales de la REGIDESO. Celui-ci consiste dans l’implantation des applications de gestion modernes qui reposent toutes sur la mise en œuvre d’une base de données unique, regroupant toutes les informations et toutes les données de gestion de chaque point de livraison géré par l’entreprise, aussi bien pour assurer leur gestion commerciale (enregistrement des consommations, facturation, recouvrement, programme de fidélisation, etc.) que pour assurer leur gestion technique (suivi de la qualité de service, information des clients en cas d’interruption de la fourniture, etc.) .),).
