Troisième visite du Directeur Général de la REGIDESO sur le chantier de JIJI-MULEMBWE

Dans son objectif d’effectuer hebdomadairement une visite sur terrain des aménagements hydroélectriques de JIJI et Mulembwe,  le Directeur Général a effectué une visite sur terrain Jeudi, le 25/03/2021 afin de suivre de près l’état d’avancement des travaux. Cette visite a été débutée par une réunion de travail qui a été tenue par le D.G de la REGIDESO avec les Représentants du Groupement de deux sociétés C.M.C/ORASCOM au Bureau Central à Matana dans la province de Bururi. L’objectif de cette réunion était de faire une présentation sur l’état d’avancement des travaux, dégager les points forts et les points faibles et proposer une voie de sortie pour ces derniers. En effet, concernant l’état  d’avancement des travaux de l’ingénierie, la Cité d’exploitation est à un taux d’exécution de 100%, le Barrage de JIJI est 63.94%, le barrage de Mulembwe se trouve sur un taux d’exécution de 34.68% et un taux d’exécution de 100% pour le traçage des routes.

Au terme de cette réunion, des recommandations sur une mise en place d’un planning des travaux, un planning des approvisionnements et un planning des Ressources Humaines approuvés par le bailleur ont été émises à l’endroit de l’entrepreneur.

Après cette réunion, une descente de vérification de l’état d’avancement des travaux sur terrain, suivie d’une visite des entrepôts du matériel de construction a été effectuée.

  

Le Directeur Général de la REGIDESO a constaté qu’il y a eu une amélioration dans l’avancement des travaux par rapport à sa précédente visite et les a exhortés à fournir plus d’efforts afin de rattraper le temps perdu.
