La Société LUMITEL reconnaît que ses agents ont commis des erreurs sur les installations électriques de la REGIDESO

La Société LUMITEL reconnait avoir commis des erreurs sur l’installation électrique de la REGIDESO sur son antenne du Quartier Kavumu, en Zone Kamenge, c’est le Directeur Général de cette Société de Télécommunication, Monsieur NGUYEN HUY TAN qui le reconnait et en a demandé des excuses au Directeur Général de la REGIDESO.

 Le patron de LUMITEL suppose que de telles erreurs de branchement direct ont été commises par les agents de cette société à l’insu de la hiérarchie et se sont engagés à ce que de telles choses ne se répètent plus jamais.

 Le DG de LUMITEL qui avait demandé et obtenu d’être reçu par les responsables de la REGIDESO, s’est engagé, dès ce mercredi 27/01/2021, à payer toute la facture inhérente à cet incident, pour normaliser la situation. Le Directeur Général de la REGIDESO, Dr-Ir Major Jean Albert MANIGOMBA a exhorté le patron de LUMITEL à mieux contrôler ses employés, ce à quoi le Directeur Général de LUMITEL a répondu qu’il va ordonner le contrôle technique de toutes ses antennes pour voir il n’y aurait pas d’autres tentatives de trucages pareils.

Monsieur NGUYEN a terminé en rassurant tout le monde que depuis que LUMITEL exerce ses activités commerciales au Burundi, elle travaille dans le respect de la loi et des institutions du Burundi.
